Donna Plavljanic is a leadership coach who works with current and emerging leaders to build confidence, executive and leadership presence and achieve their career goals and ambitions.

Leading with Presence Program (6 sessions)


  • An initial meeting to develop a strong working relationship and partnership

  • Goal setting exercise, ensuring you have clarity on what will be achieved within the six sessions, including a real life case study to work through during the program

  • A personalised coaching plan will be developed and discussed

  • Values and strengths based assessment activity, to identify your strengths and values and how to draw on these to achieve your goals

  • Weekly task setting to apply coaching plan

  • 6 x 1:1 one hour coaching sessions online, includes check ins to ensure you are on track to achieve your goals and focused on the coaching plan outcomes

  • Phone and email support during sessions 

  • Professional networking

Coaching sessions are offered online via zoom.


Leadership and Management Facilitator


Donna has working as a senior leader in training and education for over 10 years and is a qualified NLP practitioner and coach. She has developed and facilitated many leadership programs, team building sessions, workplace planning sessions and team evolution workshops. She is an experienced mentor and worked alongside many leaders to help them achieve their successes.

She is a dynamic facilitator who uses creative approaches in her facilitation style, and works with organisations to develop a customised approach to her delivery. 

Her sessions are interactive, fun and outcome orientated. 


Motivational Speaker

As a leader in the corporate working environment for over 20 years, Donna brings a wealth of professional and life experience to her motivational speaking and presentations. Throughout her career she has overcome many adversities and challenges that has evolved her as the leader she is today.

Recently, Donna was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition that warranted her draw on her inner strength and leadership capabilities to accept and learn to live with her condition. Her was forced to transform her life and balance work, family and health. Her strategies and approach to transforming her life and balance her roles as a senior manager, mother, partner, friend and leader has taught her to embrace her experience, and now she shares her story. 

As an NLP Practitioner Donna also presents on how she utilises her knowledge and experience and skills to work through adversity and change. She can also present on many leadership topics, and how to achieve balanced performance energy.

Life Coaching

Embrace coaching sessions are about working together to develop your goals, identify strategies to achieve your goals and embrace the change. We will work together to provide you with the confidence to pursue the life that you genuinely embrace.

Health And Wellness Coaching

Health and wellness coaching is about working together to help you achieve your total health and wellbeing goals. 

We will begin by developing and understanding your goals and the barriers to achieving your goals. As your coach, I will develop some strategies and guidelines for you to follow to help your journey to total health and wellbeing and to restore your balance. 

We will discuss food, exercise, holistic health, relationships, personal development and growth, and build a strategy to improve your overall wellbeing, or focus on a specific health goal. This process will enable you to embrace your life, health and wellbeing. 

During our sessions, you will have the opportunity to review your entire lifestyle, not just your relationship with food, but also your total health and wellbeing – including  your daily lifestyle, relationships with people, how to manage your own stresses and mental health wellbeing and how to restore balance to embrace your life. 

Embrace Your Health and Wellbeing Package (8 sessions)


Research indicates it takes 6 weeks of consistency to change habits. This program will see you through the initial 6 weeks to stay on track and motivated!

  • Initial introductory meeting and goal setting session

  • A personalised health plan will be developed and discussed to follow and guide you on your journey to embracing a healthier you

  • Access to a recipe booklet/food list, and Embrace Coaching's food tips and strategies

  • A wellbeing model will be shared and discussed and a wellbeing plan developed together

  • 8 x 1:1 one hour coaching sessions online

  • Weekly check ins to ensure you are motivated and on track
